Hi, I'm Tara! I'm a wedding and portrait photographer based in Paris, Texas. I love bright colors, a vintage, eclectic feel and whimsical ideas. My passions are weddings and child photography. My favorite color is green, my favorite movie is "The Man in the Moon," I'm NOT a morning person, I've been happily married for 6 years with a beautiful 1 year old little girl and I love to blog!!

I had such a fun time with Stephanie! Despite the horrible weather, we had a great session! Once we did get caught in a HUGE downpour.. but were too far away to make a run for it.. so we had to stick it out! Tiffany did an AMAZING job on Stephanie’s makeup… even though 90% of the session she was standing IN the rain, her makeup never even smudged!! Hope you have a fabulous rest of your senior year Stephanie!! Here are a few favorites!! :)

Meet the BEAUTIFUL Miss Audra! I had the best session with her.. even though the wind was crazy-bad. I went to school with Audra’s older sister, who is actually younger than me– so this made me feel REALLY old. Audra is a gorgeous girl, inside and out! I have been meaning to put a “what to/not to wear” section on the blog.. and I think that now would be a perfect opportunity because Audra picked the most amazing outfits for her session. Each one was so original- so many layers, colors, textures. She did a perfect job! I LOVED this session!! Here are just a few of my favorites!!

Meet SUPER SWEET Miss Leah! I had the pleasure of taking her senior pictures!! Leah is awesome… why is she awesome?? Not only because she is just the most adorable girl ever.. but also because she drove 4 hours to have me take her senior pictures. Thanks for coming and spending a couple of hours with me Leah!!!

Leah is from Detroit, so first we took some pictures in and round the church where her grandparents AND her parents were married!

I LOVE BALLOONS. :)

Before her grandfather passed away… he had mentioned to Leah’s grandmother that he had always wanted a little red wagon… so one year for Christmas, she surprised him with one! She said you have never seen a grown man, more excited in his life. He pulled his grandchildren in this wagon.. so it means a lot to this family and since we were at her grandmothers house, she asked if we could get some shots with it. I love the story behind it.
