Hi, I'm Tara! I'm a wedding and portrait photographer based in Paris, Texas. I love bright colors, a vintage, eclectic feel and whimsical ideas. My passions are weddings and child photography. My favorite color is green, my favorite movie is "The Man in the Moon," I'm NOT a morning person, I've been happily married for 6 years with a beautiful 1 year old little girl and I love to blog!!

Last month I met up with this sweet family for their family pictures. Pierce had just turned 2 and I can’t believe how big he’s gotten! I was so excited when Rachel went for the idea of the retro family session- and she did an amazing job pulling the wardrobe together. Tiffany pulled everything together with Rachel’s pinup style hair and makeup, she looked beautiful!

Lindsay: OHMYGOODNESS! These are INCREDIBLE!! You are so amazing. I absolutely love everything you do but I am in love with this family session. Her outfits and hair and makeup are gorgeous and I'm loving those tattoos and that TRUCK. YOU ROCK (02.08.11, 05:26PM)

One of my favorite families obviously. They are happy.. and they silly and they like to have fun. :) This was actually the first time EVER that we had pretty weather for their family session. Last year we got rained out… 5 times..? Unless I’m forgetting a time. No joke. We thought Tab was cursed for awhile. But this time I FORBID her to mention the weather.. I told her that if we didn’t talk about it.. it wouldn’t rain.. and I was right. :) However we DID almost get blown away. Oh well… we’ll take it. :) A few from their family session… and a couple with the boys and cousin Jake!

I met with this sweet little family before Christmas. The wind was crazy this day but we managed to work around it the best we possibly could. :) They are such a beautiful family and I’m so glad I got to meet and work with them!! Here are a few of their family session. Already looking forward to their family session for 2011! :)
