Hi, I'm Tara! I'm a wedding and portrait photographer based in Paris, Texas. I love bright colors, a vintage, eclectic feel and whimsical ideas. My passions are weddings and child photography. My favorite color is green, my favorite movie is "The Man in the Moon," I'm NOT a morning person, I've been happily married for 6 years with a beautiful 1 year old little girl and I love to blog!!

It was FREEZING the day of this session. Literally. With the wind chill it was below freezing and the wind was horrible. At times poor Rosa’s teeth would be chattering.. but I never heard either her OR Justin say anything about being cold! They were SUCH troopers. I knew Rosa was worried about how the pictures would turn out.. since she was obviously miserable and freezing to death.. but I assured her that they would be fabulous. I have soo many favorites from their session! :) Thank you guys for being so awesome!!!!!

***It was just brought to my attention that this blog had an error and only a few of the images actually ended up posting!! The comment box had also disappeared for some reason but everything should be back up and working on this blog post! So now you should be able to see all the images I prepped for posting AND leave this AWESOME couple some blog love!!! :) Thanks for your patience!!!

Rosa is my best friend and I am so happy that all of these turned out great :) My fave one is the one where they are both standing on that bridge thing... and the one where he seems like he is laughing and she looks like she is about to jump on the bike. Amberly + Cody + Cooper

Amberly and Cody came to see me several weeks ago all the way from right around Waco! They are SUCH a sweet couple and I am SO happy I got to meet and work with them. I actually met Amberly and Cody at a wedding earlier this year. They came up and introduced themselves and then a month or 2 later she emailed me about taking their engagement pictures! I could tell right away that they are absolutely PERFECT for one another.

Thank ya’ll again for making the long trip to Paris! Had so much fun with you guys and wish you the best of luck!!! :)

It was FREEZING cold and the wind was crazy on the day of Page and Nick’s engagements. But I never heard a complaint out of them. They drove down from Denison for their session and I had so much fun with them. They are so happy and bubbly and just fun to work with!!
