Hi, I'm Tara! I'm a wedding and portrait photographer based in Paris, Texas. I love bright colors, a vintage, eclectic feel and whimsical ideas. My passions are weddings and child photography. My favorite color is green, my favorite movie is "The Man in the Moon," I'm NOT a morning person, I've been happily married for 6 years with a beautiful 1 year old little girl and I love to blog!!

Happy (early) Easter!!!

Little Mason just turned 1! (And big brother Maddox just turned 3!) They celebrate their birthdays just a few weeks apart.. so of course we couldn’t have 1 cake smash for Mason and not one for Maddox! (Even though there wasn’t much “cake smashing” coming from Mason’s end.) Mason was one of my baby plan babies.. from Houston!! I’ve enjoyed getting to see him and getting to know his family throughout the last year and am really going to miss seeing this sweet family every few months. Mason has grown so much.. but he is STILL that calm, laid back little boy that he was at his newborn session. :) A few favorites from their latest session..

Baby Kaymann is a whole year old now!! Hard to believe a whole year has passed. She was SUPER smiley and happy for her session. But when it came to that smash cake.. she was all business. We could not stop laughing at the seriousness she had eating that cake. I’m definitely going to miss seeing this sweet baby every 3 months.. but I know I’ll be seeing her a lot in the future anyway. :) A few favorites from her session..

Kannon turned 1 back in February.. but we postponed his session for prettier weather.. and we had PERFECT weather for it. Everything is still so green, it was sunny and in the high 60′s. I just adore this little boy.. even if he is not big on pictures.. we always manage to get him giggling. ;) He has gotten so big and I still remember the day he was born like it was yesterday! A few favorites from sweet Kannon’s session..
